FAQs
What’s the nearest public transport?
The Millennium Gloucester Hotel and Conference Centre is a 2-minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station which is on the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. We advise you to check TfL’s website for up-to-date travel information before planning your journey. There are many local buses that serve the area too.
Is there on-site parking?
- 0-2 hours at £15
- 2-4 hours at £20
- 4-6 hours at £30
- 6-12 hours at £40
- 12-24 Hours at £50
I have dietary requirements. Who do I contact about them?
All food is fully vegan and many will be gluten free too. If you have other specific requirements, please email the events team at events@pbhp.uk at least 2 weeks before the conference. Please note if you have a severe allergy, the venue kitchen cannot guarantee no cross-contamination from elsewhere in the kitchen.
I will have a suitcase with me - is there somewhere to store it?
There is a staffed cloakroom where you will be able to store your case safely on either day of the conference at no extra cost.
Is there wifi on site?
Yes, the conference centre provides free wifi – the login will be shared at the beginning of the conference.
Is the venue accessible?
The conference centre is fully accessible with ramps and lifts at the entrance and a staffed lift to take people between floors. Please email events@pbhp.uk if you have any access needs as we will need to create an evacuation plan for you in case of an emergency.
When will I receive my CPD certificate?
All certificates are sent out by email approximately 3 weeks after the conference.
Can I get my ticket refunded if I have to cancel?
If you wish to cancel your ticket, please inform us in writing to events@pbhp.uk. Requests made up to 8 weeks prior to the conference will receive at 100% refund. Up to 4 weeks prior to the conference, a 50% refund will be made. No refunds will be given after this time. It is possible to transfer your ticket to a colleague up to 7 days prior to the conference – please contact the events team if you decide to do this.
Is there a prayer room on site I can use?
This can be arranged with the venue – please notify the events team as soon as possible or a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the conference to ensure room availability.
